I had a garage unit installed incorrectly a while back. We didn’t know it until it came crashing down. I called and had... a bit of a headache getting someone to come out (we don’t live in town). I was so stressed and fearful of what would happen when they came. But we had Ed and Brayden (I hope I spelled that correctly) come out to the house and they were absolutely amazing! The individual who installed incorrectly is now gone but these two came out and redid the installation. They replaced my keypad (which was no longer working) with a better one and programmed my car opener for the garage. They went above and beyond making sure everything was installed correctly this time around. I can honestly say they were well worth the wait and I will only be requesting these gentleman for any maintenance that comes up in the future. They just left and I ran to the reviews to brag on them. Absolutely amazing customer service and work ethic. I’m so pleased!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better crew to come out!read more

I highly recommend Overhead Door Co. for repairing garage doors. My repairman Sam replaced two springs and cables and... it now operates like new. Sam and Richard T. came out to my home within an hour of my call. They diagnosed the problem with my non-opening... garage door, and fixed the problem within a fast time frame for what was wrong. Our experience with Overhead Door Company in Abilene, Tx has been great. Our prior unit installed in 1999 finally wore... out and it had lots of use and served us well. We had to replace it with a new unit yesterday June 3, 2021. Our Installer was Sam. He is efficient, professional and a so kind and patient. He explained the new Unit, installed the exterior keypad, new inside master switch, programmed the new remotes and the built in remote in my car. He made the whole ordeal easy and pleasant. I highly recommend Overhead Door Company product and the Abilene location if you are in need of a new unit or service on a current unit. Their product and skilled technician/installation personnel are great if Sam is a representation of all of their employees. If given an opportunity...request Sam. My garage door would open only a few inches when I got home from work Saturday night and Monday morning I went to an... inservice at work and told a coworker my situation. He suggested calling Overhead Door and I did when I got home. The receptionist was so helpful and said she could have someone over in 3 hours! Sam showed called to let me know he was on the way to fix my broken spring. He arrived and it was so refreshing to have someone so professional and competent. He went in the garage and he was right! He showed me I had a broken spring! He said he was able to diagnose my problem from my description of my problem! He had my door fixed within the hour! He took the time to explain how my door operated and what I need to do to properly maintain it! Sam is friendly and outgoing and demonstrates a natural ability to quickly establish an excellent rapport with his customers! Sam, thank you! You are awesome!
